The content here is provided for general information about our services. Diagnostic guidance, prices and timelines are estimates based on typical Houston-area jobs and are not a guarantee for any specific door.

Safety notice

Garage doors, torsion springs, cables and drums store enormous amounts of energy and cause serious injuries every year. Any self-help guidance on this site is limited to checks we consider safe for a homeowner. Attempting spring, cable, drum or bottom-bracket work yourself is done entirely at your own risk, and we accept no liability for it.

Quotes and pricing

Published prices are ranges for standard residential jobs in our service area. Your binding price is the written quote given on site before work begins. If we discover additional work is needed, we stop and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Warranty

2-year parts and labour warranty on every repair we perform, covering defects in the parts we supply and in our workmanship. High-cycle springs carry five years. Warranty excludes damage from impact, storm, flood, misuse, unauthorised adjustment, and normal wear on consumable items. Manufacturer warranties on doors and openers are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. New door installations are typically split into a deposit and a balance, set out in the written scope. Financing, where used, is a separate agreement between you and the finance provider.

Scheduling and cancellation

Arrival windows are our best estimate; traffic, weather and emergency calls can move them, and we will contact you if they do. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Texas law, our liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Harris County, Texas.
