How fast can you come out?
Same day for most of Greater Houston on routine repairs, and 60 to 90 minutes for emergencies. We will give you a real arrival window on the phone and text you when the truck is moving.
Do you charge for estimates?
New door and replacement quotes are free. Repair visits carry a $59 diagnostic fee for a full inspection and written quote, credited to the repair if you go ahead.
What payment do you take?
Cash, check and all major cards, plus financing on larger jobs through our approved partners. Payment is due on completion; new door installs are split into a deposit and a balance, spelled out in the written scope.
Do you work with landlords, HOAs and property managers?
Regularly. We invoice management companies directly, provide certificates of insurance up front, and can handle multiple properties on a single account.
