Most repairs land between $89 and $450 all in. A roller or hinge replacement is at the low end, a single torsion spring around $220 to $380, a full two-spring conversion or opener replacement toward the top. You get a flat number before we start, and it does not change.
Can you come out today?
Usually yes. We hold same-day slots every day for stuck doors and broken springs, and we run trucks out of north, west and southeast Houston so drive time is short no matter which side of the loop you are on.
Do you charge a service call fee?
There is a $59 diagnostic fee for a full inspection and written quote, and it is applied to the repair if you go ahead — which almost everyone does. Nobody pays twice.
Is it worth repairing an old door or should I replace it?
Rule of thumb: if the panels are sound and the repair costs less than a third of a new door, repair it. If you have rusted-through bottom panels, multiple cracked sections, or a 25-year-old door on its second set of springs, replacement usually wins. We will tell you honestly which one you are looking at.
